If your shop takes in hybrids but doesn't want to build packs, we supply the battery and you keep the labour. Packs are matched to the VIN before they ship, on the same terms published on our shipping and warranty pages.

- Refundable $500 core deposit, 30 days to send the old pack back
What we ship
Complete packs — remanufactured and new — for 21 makes and 65 models, and individually tested modules where a pack only needs part of itself replaced. Send the VIN with the order and we confirm the fitment before anything leaves.

| Dispatch and transit | 1–2 business days to dispatch after VIN confirmation, 3–7 business days in transit. |
| Core | $500 refundable deposit on a complete pack, 30 days from delivery to return it, refunded within 5 business days of arrival. No core on modules. |
| Returns | 30 days. Unopened, no fee; opened but uninstalled, 20% restocking. |
| Warranty | 12 months on remanufactured packs, 36 months on new, both unlimited miles. 6 months on tested modules. |
| Commercial use | Taxi, rideshare, delivery and fleet vehicles are covered for 12 months, or the standard term if shorter. |
Fit it within 30 days and keep the invoice
A shipped pack has to be installed within 30 days of delivery, by a qualified technician, in the vehicle it was sold for. The installation invoice is what a warranty claim is checked against.
