Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms cover buying, delivery, returns, cancellations and core returns for products sold by Healthy Hybrid Battery Repair. Version HH-LW-2026-01, effective November 5, 2026. Defects and premature failures are handled under our Limited Warranty, not these terms.

Shipping

Shipping is free to a commercial address in the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to a home (residential) address costs $150. Where a refundable core deposit applies, the amount is shown on your order or invoice.

Core returns

Deadline. For a full core-deposit refund, pack your old battery (the core) properly and hand it to the authorized carrier within 30 calendar days of receiving your replacement battery. The carrier's acceptance or first tracking scan decides whether it is on time; it does not have to reach us within the 30 days. Late cores are considered case by case, and accepting a late core or refunding its deposit is not guaranteed.

How to return it. Email info@healthy-hybrid.com for the authorized core-return label and instructions, and follow every packing and shipping requirement, using the box and packing your replacement came in wherever possible. Do not ship a damaged or unsafe battery without getting our instructions first.

What qualifies. The core must be the right battery type and configuration for the order and substantially complete, with every part the core-return instructions ask for — including the battery ECU/voltage sensor where that configuration needs it. Missing modules or major parts, dismantling, significant physical damage, contamination, alteration, flood, fire or collision damage, a breached case, the wrong battery or an unsafe condition can reduce or remove the refund.

Inspection and refund. Core refunds depend on receiving and inspecting the core. If we reduce or refuse a refund we will explain why and list the missing parts or the condition. Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method whenever possible.

Separate from the warranty. Core obligations and refunds are separate from the Limited Warranty on your replacement battery. Not returning a core, returning it late, or a reduced or refused core refund does not by itself void that warranty.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Unopened returns only. We accept change-of-mind returns only when the battery's original shipping box is unopened with its seals intact. Get our written return authorization and hand the unopened battery to the authorized carrier within 3 business days of receiving it; the carrier's acceptance or first tracking scan sets the return date, and asking for authorization or printing a label does not meet the deadline on its own. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays, and the first business day after delivery is day one. Return it in the original unopened packaging with everything that came in it.

Opened boxes. Once the original shipping box has been opened, the battery cannot be returned or refunded on a change of mind, even if it was never installed. An installed battery has been opened. This applies to change-of-mind returns only; warranty claims and rights the law gives you are dealt with below.

Restocking, shipping and handling. Every eligible return carries a restocking fee of 20% of the product price, plus shipping and handling. Shipping and handling means the outbound and return transport we paid — including outbound shipping you received free — and any handling charges we told you about. The same cost is never deducted twice. "Total invoice amount" means the battery price, core deposit, taxes, shipping and anything else on the invoice. Refunds depend on receiving and inspecting the returned product; we will itemize any deductions and refund the rest to the original payment method whenever possible.

If you ordered the wrong battery. If you order the wrong battery and we supply the one you ordered, you pay all outbound and return shipping and handling, including outbound shipping you received free. Ordering the wrong battery does not waive the unopened-box rule, the 3-business-day carrier deadline or the 20% restocking fee, subject to the rights the law gives you.

Cancelling before it ships (or before we start the job). If you cancel before the battery is handed to the outbound carrier — or, for a battery we install, before the installation work starts — there is a processing fee of 7% of the total invoice amount, and the rest is refunded to the original payment method whenever possible. Asking to cancel does not guarantee a shipment can be stopped; once the battery is with the carrier, the unopened-return rules and return charges apply. The 7% cancellation fee and the 20% restocking fee are never both charged on the same order.

How to ask for a return or cancellation. Email info@healthy-hybrid.com or call 833-995-7966 with your order or invoice number and the reason. Get written return authorization, the return address and approved shipping instructions before sending anything back, and follow our packing and transport requirements.

Warranty claims, our mistakes and your legal rights

Report a suspected defect or early failure under our Limited Warranty. Repair is the main warranty remedy, and a warranty claim does not automatically entitle you to a refund, subject to the remedies the law requires.

Tell us promptly if we sent the wrong product or it arrived damaged, and keep the packaging and any photos.

These return limits and fees do not apply where the law requires a different remedy, a full refund or a fee-free cancellation — including a qualifying cancellation because of a shipping delay or our failure to fulfil the order. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy the law does not allow to be waived.

Authorization

By signing your invoice you authorize Healthy Hybrid Battery Repair to carry out the work described on it at the price shown, and confirm you have read and agree to the Healthy Hybrid Battery Repair Limited Warranty (HH-LW-2026-01) and these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
