Plenty of shops will take a hybrid in. Far fewer have the equipment to capture block-level battery data under load, the training to work safely on a high-voltage system, and the volume to have seen your specific failure pattern before.

We concentrate on Toyota and Lexus hybrids — the Prius family, Camry, Corolla, Avalon, RAV4, Highlander, Venza and Sienna hybrids, and the Lexus CT, ES, RX, UX and NX. That focus is the reason we can tell you what's specific about your generation instead of guessing.

Sustained heat accelerates chemical ageing in nickel-metal hydride packs, and Toyota's design cools those packs with cabin air. Put those two facts together in a city that spends five months a year above 100°F and you get a market where a blocked cooling intake is a genuine contributing cause, not a footnote — and where a 12V battery fails years earlier than its label implies.

That's why our diagnostic checks the cooling path and the 12V system every single time, and why we won't install a pack without looking at the environment it's going into.

  We'll show you the block voltages and explain what they mean. You can take those findings anywhere. We'd rather you made a confident decision than felt trapped into one.

• Nothing goes in writing that we can't stand behind

  No guaranteed lifespans, no invented failure rates, no claims about being the best. Written quote, written warranty terms, and an honest assessment of what your options actually are.

• We fix the cause, not just the symptom

  Installing a good pack into a blocked cooling system is how people end up doing this job twice. The cooling path gets addressed as part of the work, because in Arizona it's usually part of the story.
