Honda's IMA packs are built from sticks of cylindrical cells rather than prismatic modules, and the first Civic Hybrid uses single sticks. IMA packs are less forgiving of mixed cells than Toyota's, so a matched set is worth far more here than a single stick.
How this module is tested
- Charged and discharged five times on the bench, with capacity measured across every cycle.
- Graded on that measured capacity — and we tell you the grade. A module that passes one test and fades on the next does not leave the bench.
- Matched against your VIN before it ships, so the module is right for your pack rather than just your model name.
One module is not always the fix
If the rest of your pack has aged, replacing the module that failed first buys weeks, not years. Measure the others before you order. When single modules make sense.
Not sure what your hybrid needs? We'll work it out with you.
We come to you, test the pack, the 12V and the cooling, and you get a written quote before anything is decided. No obligation.
