P1570 — battery module individual voltage problem.
P1446 — battery module individual voltage input deviation.
P1449 — battery module overheating or deterioration.
P1575 — motor power inverter module voltage problem, which is the inverter side, not the pack.
P0A7D — state of charge low, common after a car has been parked for weeks.

Can a Civic Hybrid IMA battery be repaired rather than replaced?

On the nickel-metal hydride cars it can be, but IMA packs are less tolerant of mixed cells than Toyota packs, so a matched set matters more here. We'll tell you when a repair won't hold.

Is the Civic Hybrid battery the same as an Insight's?

No. The 2010–2014 Insight uses seven double sticks at 100.8V; the 2006–2011 Civic Hybrid uses eleven at 158.4V. Different packs.
