Ford C-Max Energi battery diagnosis and replacement across the Phoenix metro. The Energi is the plug-in C-Max, on a 7.6 kWh lithium-ion pack under the cargo floor that is a different part from the C-Max Hybrid's.

Energi or Hybrid: check before you order
The C-Max was sold as a Hybrid and as an Energi, and they look almost identical. The Energi has a charging port in the front wing and a much larger pack, which is why its cargo floor sits higher. The two packs do not interchange.
