Do you replace Prius Prime hybrid batteries?

Yes. We diagnose and replace the Prime's plug-in traction pack, as well as doing the 12V and cooling work that often turns out to be the actual fault.

Can a Prius Prime battery be reconditioned or rebuilt?

No. It's a lithium pack, so it's supplied and fitted complete. We don't sell rebuilt lithium packs.

Does a standard Prius battery price apply to a Prius Prime?

No. The Prime uses a much larger lithium pack and a different part number. Send the VIN and we'll price your car rather than a different one.
